I have spent the last 20 years learning this business....and I haven't learned it all yet. But, I invest in educating myself so that I can bring value to every transaction I am involved in. That is why I have the CDPE (certified distressed property expert), SFR (short sale & foreclosure resource), CIAS (certified investment agent specialist), & CNE (certified negotiation expert) designations. Although an "old timer" I have not allowed myself to become a techonlogical dinosaur. I am doing my very best to keep up with the latest technologies, so I can provide you with the most up to date information & the very best resources that allows you to make good decisions about your real estate objectives.
